A Story of Resilience, Purpose, and Possibility
What happens when the future you imagined suddenly changes?
For Griffin Pinkow, sports were everything. As a young athlete, he dreamed of a future filled with competition, achievement, and adventure. But when he was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa, a degenerative eye disease that would gradually take away his vision, everything changed.
Or so it seemed.
Griffin’s Vision Quest is the inspiring true story of a young man who refused to let vision loss define his life. Through challenges in school, learning to advocate for himself, adapting to a world that wasn’t built for blindness, and discovering new opportunities through sports and community, Griffin found a purpose greater than he ever imagined.
Today, he is a marathon finisher, adaptive athlete, nonprofit founder, speaker, and advocate who continues to inspire others to overcome obstacles and pursue their goals.
Our Blind and Low Vision campers and their families had an incredible time filled with joy, connection, and meaningful experiences across the campus. From swimming in the pool to creating art alongside their parents, and even taking on the rock climbing wall, the energy and enthusiasm were unforgettable. We are sharing a few photos that capture these moments and highlight the spirit of the day. Your support makes these types of programs, both during and beyond the summer camp season, possible, and we are deeply grateful.

The Foreseeable Future Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization, that works with individuals and organizations that focus on the visually impaired through sports and recreation. We offer financial assistance, and utilize the various resources we have in our organization to help those in need.

This past year, donor support helped fund 50 grants and 100 scholarships across the country. Here is what that investment made possible for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
The Foreseeable Future Foundation’s annual Gala is more than a single evening, it is what makes new opportunities possible. On June 9, supporters will come together to help fund grants, scholarships, and life-changing experiences that build confidence, independence, and access for children, teens, and adults who are blind or visually impaired.
