This evening is dedicated to advancing our mission of empowering individuals in the visually impaired and blind community to lead fulfilling, active lives through sports, recreation, and meaningful community experiences. The gala will feature inspiring stories, an exciting live auction, and wonderful opportunities to make a meaningful impact. As always, the event offers a unique opportunity to unite generous supporters who share our vision of inclusion, empowerment, and community connection. The Foreseeable Future Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization, that works with individuals and organizations that focus on the visually impaired through sports and recreation. We offer financial assistance, and utilize the various resources we have in our organization to help those in need.

In December 2025, seniors from the Tennessee School for the Blind and Governor Morehead School for the Blind experienced a life-changing ski trip made possible by Foreseeable Future Foundation. Proving that one powerful moment can build confidence, independence, and belief that lasts far beyond the mountain.
Kara’s athletic journey is built on consistency and finding ways to stay active year-round. As a legally blind climber with cerebral palsy, she continues to take on challenges while pushing for greater accessibility in sport. Her story highlights the importance of movement, inclusion, and not letting obstacles stand in the way of showing up.
Evan’s journey shows what is possible when determination meets opportunity. A visually impaired athlete, educator, and founder of Cane and Able Fitness, Evan turned his passion into a global impact – competing in strongman competitions, creating accessible fitness resources, and inspiring others in the blind and visually impaired community to try new challenges and reach their full potential.
